About Proteomics, Metabolomics and Bioenergetics

The Proteomics, Metabolomics and Bioenergetics core facility at Aarhus University provides comprehensive mass spectrometry-based analytical services for life science researchers. The facility houses state-of-the-art instrumentation for protein identification, quantification, and post-translational modification analysis, as well as metabolomics and lipidomics profiling. Additionally, the bioenergetics platform enables functional studies of cellular metabolism. The facility supports researchers from experimental planning and sample preparation through data acquisition and bioinformatic interpretation.
