MOMA Core Center
Molecular medicine core facility for genomics and single-cell analysis at the Department of Molecular Medicine.
About MOMA Core Center
The MOMA Core Center is operated by the Department of Molecular Medicine (MOMA) at Aarhus University Hospital. It provides cutting-edge genomics and single-cell analysis services to researchers across Aarhus University and external collaborators. The facility specializes in next-generation sequencing, long-read sequencing, and single-cell multiomics, enabling researchers to explore gene expression, chromatin accessibility, and genomic variation at unprecedented resolution. With deep expertise in both technology and bioinformatics, the centre supports projects from experimental design through data analysis.
